This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the Novaform website, workbenches, mobile experiences, and image generation tools. By using Novaform, creating outputs, uploading content, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who Can Use Novaform
You may use Novaform only if you can lawfully enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are using Novaform on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. What Novaform Provides
Novaform provides AI-assisted design visualization tools for interiors, exteriors, gardens, staging, recoloring, object removal, and similar renovation or styling use cases. The service is intended to help users explore ideas, not to replace professional architectural, engineering, construction, legal, or safety advice.
3. Your Content
You remain responsible for the photos, prompts, text, references, and any other material you upload or submit. You may only upload content that you own or have permission to use. You must not upload content that violates privacy rights, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law.
4. Generated Results
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unrealistic, or unsuitable for real-world implementation. You are responsible for reviewing all results before relying on them. Any construction, renovation, budgeting, safety, or purchasing decisions should be independently verified by qualified professionals.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Novaform. This includes, without limitation:
- Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct.
- Uploading content you do not have rights to use.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, probe, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Using bots, scraping, or automated methods to extract data or outputs at scale without permission.
- Using Novaform to generate infringing, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited material.
6. Fair Use and Service Limits
To protect performance, reliability, and costs, Novaform may impose limits on uploads, generation volume, prompt length, file sizes, storage, traffic, or access patterns. Novaform may suspend or block usage that appears abusive, automated, fraudulent, or technically harmful.
7. Accounts and Security
If Novaform introduces logins, subscriptions, or account-based access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs through your account, unless caused by Novaform's own security failure.
8. Intellectual Property
Novaform and its branding, interface, software, prompts, layouts, and service elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under this agreement, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Fees and Paid Features
If paid plans, credits, subscriptions, or premium workbenches are offered, additional commercial terms may apply at checkout or in a pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
10. Service Changes and Availability
Novaform may add, remove, improve, suspend, or modify features at any time. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, provider outages, model limitations, or technical issues.
11. Termination
Novaform may suspend or terminate access if you violate this agreement, create legal or technical risk, abuse the service, or interfere with other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Novaform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, model accuracy, output suitability, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, data, or project value arising from or related to use of the service.
14. Privacy
Your use of Novaform is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how Novaform handles uploads, technical information, and service operations.
15. Changes to These Terms
Novaform may update this User Agreement from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page, unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
